Requirements

  • University degree in medicine, pharmacy, life sciences or related field
  • PhD or medical doctorate preferred
  • Several years experience in medical affairs, clinical research or related role in pharma/biotech (prostate cancer)
  • Ability to interpret clinical data and communicate scientific evidence
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in German and English
  • Ability to work independently, manage projects, and collaborate in cross-functional teams
  • Willingness and ability to travel regionally and nationally
  • Field-based experience as Medical Science Liaison, Regional Medical Affairs Manager or similar
  • Experience supporting clinical trials, investigator-initiated studies or study start-up
  • Experience planning medical education, advisory boards and congress activities
  • Knowledge of German healthcare system and market access considerations
  • Ability to build and maintain networks with key opinion leaders and investigators
  • Comfort using digital engagement tools and omnichannel communication approaches

Tasks

  • Build and maintain scientific relationships with healthcare professionals
  • Plan and deliver regional medical strategies
  • Respond to medical and scientific inquiries from clinicians
  • Support investigator-initiated projects and clinical research
  • Design and deliver medical education and advisory boards
  • Collect and share local insights with cross-functional teams
  • Inform medical strategy and improve patient care
