Senior Regional Medical Affairs Manager Center South - Prostata Cancer (SRMAM)(m/w/x)

Requirements
- University degree in medicine, pharmacy, life sciences or related field
- PhD or medical doctorate preferred
- Several years experience in medical affairs, clinical research or related role in pharma/biotech (prostate cancer)
- Ability to interpret clinical data and communicate scientific evidence
- Excellent verbal and written communication in German and English
- Ability to work independently, manage projects, and collaborate in cross-functional teams
- Willingness and ability to travel regionally and nationally
- Field-based experience as Medical Science Liaison, Regional Medical Affairs Manager or similar
- Experience supporting clinical trials, investigator-initiated studies or study start-up
- Experience planning medical education, advisory boards and congress activities
- Knowledge of German healthcare system and market access considerations
- Ability to build and maintain networks with key opinion leaders and investigators
- Comfort using digital engagement tools and omnichannel communication approaches
Tasks
- Build and maintain scientific relationships with healthcare professionals
- Plan and deliver regional medical strategies
- Respond to medical and scientific inquiries from clinicians
- Support investigator-initiated projects and clinical research
- Design and deliver medical education and advisory boards
- Collect and share local insights with cross-functional teams
- Inform medical strategy and improve patient care
