Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or comparable field, ideally with manufacturing finance focus
  • Minimum five years professional experience in finance, analysis, and controlling
  • Fluency in German and English
  • At least five years experience supporting multiple manufacturing sites
  • Solid understanding of financial principles, accounting, and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel; high IT affinity; ideally SAP experience (CO/PA)
  • Structured, detail-oriented, self-driven working style, high initiative
  • Strong team orientation, openness, effective communication with diverse stakeholders

Tasks

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Deliver clear insights for strategic decisions.
  • Manage timely and accurate reporting (IFRS/local GAAP).
  • Monitor and optimize costs.
  • Analyze raw material expenses.
  • Analyze production KPIs and operational efficiency.
  • Drive cost-saving initiatives.
  • Support investment and cost analysis.
  • Optimize profitability.
  • Lead ERP financial processes (e.g., SAP FI/CO).
  • Ensure effective system implementation.
  • Ensure data integrity.
  • Drive continuous process improvements.
  • Ensure full financial compliance.
  • Manage internal controls.
  • Lead financial audits.
  • Act as a regional business partner.
  • Provide financial insights.
  • Support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
  • Support business transformation.
  • Manage financial aspects of change initiatives.
