Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality or comparable field
- At least 12 months similar position experience
- Fiber gypsum or building materials industry experience (advantageous)
- Proven knowledge of quality improvement processes
- Proven knowledge of project management
- Proven knowledge of quality process establishment
- Familiarity with quality tools (SPC, FMEA, MSA, 8D)
- Familiarity with quality standards (e.g. ISO 9001)
- Six Sigma qualification (minimum Green Belt, Black Belt preferred)
- Confident data analysis and metrics work

- Update production standards
- Conduct central quality audits
- Create and adjust quality KPIs
- Monitor and analyze quality KPIs
- Report quality KPIs
- Lead root cause analysis activities
- Perform quality tests as needed
- Drive quality improvement processes
- Develop standard operating procedures
- Implement corrective actions with central functions and production partners
- Manage measurement plans
- Maintain the quality management system
- Ensure clear and reliable quality data and information systems
- Collaborate with diverse teams
- Keep supervisor well-informed
- Communicate openly and respectfully across functions
- Comply with occupational health and safety regulations
- Use protective equipment responsibly
- Contribute to a safe and inclusive workplace
- Work closely with R&D, Process Engineering, Sites Management, Product Management, and HMOS
