Requirements

  • •Mastery of Front-End and Back-End QA
  • •Deep domain knowledge in Payments
  • •Understanding of Web3/DeFi ecosystem
  • •Understanding of blockchain transaction risks
  • •Elite analytical skills
  • •Ability to identify systemic patterns
  • •Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban
  • •Clean code mindset
  • •Ability to write maintainable automation code
  • •Experience building and scaling automation frameworks
  • •Integration experience with enterprise CI/CD environments

Tasks

  • •Architect scalable manual and automated testing frameworks
  • •Own the end-to-end quality strategy for the DeFi Wallet
  • •Lead the QA vision within the engineering team
  • •Co-shape Scrum and Agile practices as a key stakeholder
  • •Institutionalize Shift-Left methodologies to evolve QA processes
  • •Advocate for testability and security during the design phase
  • •Develop and maintain Playwright E2E and API automation frameworks
  • •Optimize CI/CD pipelines for faster deployment feedback
  • •Refine the global release testing and device coverage strategy
  • •Balance automated and exploratory testing to protect users
