- Identify and develop new brand opportunities and supplier partnerships
- Ensure commercially attractive and customer-relevant Kids Shoes assortment
- Coordinate with suppliers for Private Label Kids Shoes
- Select products, set pricing, and steer margins for Private Label Kids Shoes
- Align quality standards and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers
- Prepare and conduct annual supplier talks
- Optimize purchase prices, margins, payment terms, and delivery conditions
- Plan and manage international private shopping and shop-related campaigns
- Balance commercial potential, customer relevance, and operational feasibility
- Monitor and improve category performance metrics
- Enhance sales, margins, stock quality, and campaign performance
- Lead category-related projects to boost performance and processes
- Collaborate with Strategy Management, Shop Management, Marketing, and Logistics
