- Lead WBS, project scope, and schedule basis document maintenance
- Ensure strict change control
- Establish and manage project baseline and reporting
- Facilitate schedule planning workshops and reviews
- Conduct monthly schedule progress updates
- Review and challenge contractors’ schedules
- Report on schedule progress and critical path
- Highlight impacts from interface areas
- Provide regular schedule status reports
- Develop planning processes and procedures
- Undertake ‘what-if’ scenario planning
- Develop ad-hoc schedules and reports
- Produce consolidated timeline views for resource planning
- Liaise with Controls and Performance team
- Support schedule baselining and re-baselining
- Support Quantitative Schedule Risk Assessment
- Perform other activities as required
