Requirements

  • •Project management experience in SAP Transportation Management for 3-5 years
  • •Experience in planning phases of TM implementation
  • •Knowledge of cutover tasks and business activities for SAP TM implementation
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • •Strong knowledge of SAP Transportation Management module
  • •Empathy and resilience
  • •Willingness to travel
  • •Fluency in English; German is advantageous

Tasks

  • •Lead SAP TM projects from initiation to completion
  • •Develop solid project plans with clear milestones and deliverables
  • •Manage timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • •Shape digitalization initiatives and translate concepts into solutions
  • •Define and orchestrate work packages across cross-functional teams
  • •Ensure alignment with project targets and efficient resource utilization
  • •Manage end-to-end services relationship with stakeholders
  • •Facilitate steering committees and project office interactions
  • •Ensure transparency and rigorous risk management
  • •Align with senior stakeholders and sustain delivered solutions
  • •Implement hands-on approaches with the SAP TM suite
  • •Secure robust change, quality, and risk management protocols
