Senior Project Manager – Security & Access Control Systems(m/w/x)

Description

You will drive the end-to-end delivery of complex security systems for industrial facilities, ensuring seamless integration and compliance while acting as the vital link between technical teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

• •Degree in Electrical Engineering, Security Technology, Systems Engineering, or related technical field
• •10 years experience as Project Manager for physical security and access control systems
• •Track record delivering large-scale security projects and experience with tier-1 security platforms
• •Knowledge of access control, CCTV/VMS, intrusion detection, and perimeter security
• •Ability to read and validate technical drawings
• •Familiarity with European security and safety standards (advantageous)
• •Fluency in English
• •German and additional languages (plus)

Tasks

• •Lead large-scale physical security projects
• •Manage access control and video surveillance systems
• •Oversee intrusion detection and perimeter security solutions
• •Define project scope, planning, and budgets
• •Mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance
• •Coordinate system integration with IT and building automation
• •Ensure system interoperability and cybersecurity
• •Act as the primary technical interface for security systems
• •Validate system architectures and technical documentation
• •Coordinate internal teams and external contractors
• •Manage system integrators and consultants
• •Lead testing, commissioning, and acceptance processes
• •Oversee documentation, training, and project handover
• •Support audits and compliance checks
