Description

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead strategic SAP S/4 HANA rollouts, guiding projects from inception to implementation while coordinating resources and managing stakeholder relationships. This role involves supporting change processes and providing regular updates to ensure project success.

Requirements

• •Master's degree or diploma in computer science, business informatics, or comparable field
• •Extensive experience in managing complex IT projects in SAP environment
• •Experience in coordinating and collaborating with specialist departments and IT service providers
• •In-depth understanding of financial and cost accounting modules and logistics chain
• •Very good written and spoken English skills, including technical terms in SAP
• •Entrepreneurial and goal-oriented approach
• •Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
• •Experience in implementing various SAP modules in international companies
• •Willingness to travel 25 to 40% of the time

Tasks

• •Manage strategic SAP projects focusing on complete rollouts
• •Oversee IT projects using agile and waterfall methodologies
• •Guide projects through all phases from preliminary studies to implementation
• •Coordinate internal and external project resources in a complex environment
• •Engage in stakeholder management and collaborate with IT management
• •Support change processes and assist departments in creating requirements
• •Prepare regular project reports for the steering committee
