Senior Project Manager People and Culture, International(m/w/x)
Leading international People & Culture transformation projects for a global food and digital services company. Several years of HR project management experience required. Flexible work models, 30 days vacation plus Christmas/New Year's Eve special leave.
Requirements
- Completed master’s degree in HR, Business Administration (HR focus), Organizational Psychology, Communication, or comparable field
- Several years of project management experience in HR or organizational development
- Proven track record of delivering people-related or HR transformation projects
- Solid understanding of core HR processes (talent management, L&D, engagement, culture)
- Confident application of change management methodologies
- Experience with HR systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or comparable HRIS)
- Experience in HR digital transformation or HR technology implementations (advantageous)
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Confident and effective communication with HR, senior leadership, and business partners
- Fluent English
- German language skills (advantageous)
- Enjoyment of working in an international environment
- Openness to occasional business travel
Tasks
- Lead end-to-end People & Culture projects
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders
- Define project scopes, objectives, and success criteria
- Manage project planning, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate across functions and business units
- Support design and implementation of People & Culture initiatives
- Drive performance management, learning and development programs
- Implement DEI initiatives and workforce planning
- Ensure high-quality and sustainable outcomes
- Drive change management and communication activities
- Identify and mitigate organizational change risks
- Track and report on project progress and KPIs
- Support decision-making and continuous improvement
- Align initiatives with People & Culture strategy
- Adhere to company values and culture
