- •Experience in turnkey project management advantageous
- •Organizational and negotiation skills
- •Good communication skills and assertiveness
- •Goal-oriented approach to work
- •Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project
- •Good CAD and SAP skills
- •Very good English language skills
- •Willingness to travel domestically and internationally

- •Oversee production and on-site assembly
- •Manage system commissioning processes
- •Consult with customers and subcontractors
- •Liaise with relevant authorities
- •Lead an experienced project team
- •Convene and chair project meetings
- •Manage claims against customers and subcontractors
- •Document all important project milestones
- •Maintain responsibility for costs and deadlines
- •Ensure high quality standards are met
- •Address changes in sub-goals and budgets
- •Implement corrective actions for project deviations
- •Report progress to senior management
