Tasks
- Drive and develop Corporate Architecture and Event Project Management
- Establish PM standards, governance models, and tools
- Ensure transparency, prioritization, and consistent execution across the global project portfolio
- Lead and coordinate architectural brand touchpoint projects
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders and external partners
- Ensure project delivery on time and within budget
- Ensure project delivery meets quality and corporate guidelines
- Oversee and steer global events, trade fairs, and brand activations
- Ensure seamless planning and execution internationally
- Align projects with brand and marketing objectives
- Lead, structure, and develop Project Management teams
- Define clear team roles and responsibilities
- Strengthen team capabilities
- Foster collaboration across architecture, design, and event functions
- Act as central interface for internal and external stakeholders
- Drive structured decision-making processes
- Ensure clear communication across all projects
- Ensure professional escalation management across all projects
- Own and control budget planning, cost management, quality standards, and risk mitigation
- Continuously improve efficiency, compliance, and delivery performance
