Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • •Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in IT project management
  • •Strong background in CRM and Commercial Applications, ideally including Salesforce, Veeva, SAP, or Adobe Experience Platform
  • •Solid understanding of system architecture, integration, and data flows across sales, marketing, and service functions
  • •Proficiency in project management methodologies (PMP, Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet)
  • •Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and risk management capabilities
  • •Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with ability to manage diverse global teams
  • •PMP or equivalent certification preferred; Agile or Scrum certification is a plus
  • •Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage

Tasks

  • •Lead multiple strategic IT transformation projects end-to-end
  • •Ensure timely delivery, quality outcomes, and adherence to scope and budget
  • •Develop and maintain detailed project plans with timelines and resource allocation
  • •Manage relationships with global stakeholders, vendors, and senior leadership
  • •Oversee integration strategies between CRMs, SAP, and other enterprise applications
  • •Manage external system integrators and third-party vendors
  • •Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to minimize project disruption
  • •Track budgets, forecasts, and resource utilization for financial accountability
  • •Drive agile and hybrid project delivery methodologies
  • •Provide project reporting, metrics, and progress updates to senior management
  • •Promote best practices in project management and continuous improvement
