- •Professional experience in life science, pharmaceutical, medical technology, or strategic consulting
- •Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects in matrix environments
- •Team-oriented mindset and stakeholder management skills
- •Strong organizational, communication, and independent working skills

Tasks
- •Manage complex projects and coordinate sub-teams
- •Develop work packages within the CAR-T International Markets Department
- •Support decentralized manufacturing and CAR-T commercialization
- •Lead global multi-functional project teams from design to implementation
- •Facilitate information flow and collaboration between sub-teams
- •Manage communication between the steering committee and sub-teams
- •Maintain dashboards to track progress and escalate issues
- •Coordinate training and technology transfer activities
- •Execute operational work packages defined by the project team
- •Coordinate subject matter experts to support the CAR-T journey
- •Interface with relevant internal stakeholders
