Tasks
- Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-year, multi-stakeholder platform workstreams
- Plan and execute roadmap and quarterly OKRs
- Manage risks and report to C-level and external partners
- Drive cross-functional delivery across software engineering, platform, ML, design, and quality teams
- Align Scrum and Kanban cadences with research program timelines
- Own program’s operating model within Data4Life
- Plan, track, report, manage dependencies, and maintain decision logs
- Partner with principal investigators, clinicians, and researchers
- Translate research questions into concrete platform capabilities
- Manage Data2Evidence (D2E) projects
- Coordinate between international health organizations, NGOs, and research partners
- Implement data-driven solutions in diverse settings
- Foster adoption of solutions from D4L and OHDSI community
- Communicate progress as impactful stories
- Contribute to maturing project management practice
