Requirements
- •Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or similar
- •Minimum 5 years wind energy experience
- •Understanding of German wind project development
- •Willingness to conduct regular site visits
- •Attention to detail and deadline management
- •Commercial astuteness and project economics knowledge
- •Passion for safe and timely projects
- •Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- •Fluency in German and English

Tasks
- •Lead the engineering phase of wind projects
- •Oversee technical assessments for civil design and planning
- •Manage cost estimation and procurement processes
- •Handle environmental permitting and stakeholder engagement
- •Coordinate risk management and internal approvals
- •Evaluate wind farm feasibility and constructability
- •Assess CAPEX estimates from development to operation
- •Direct turbine selection and layout design
- •Manage transport, route, and installation planning
- •Define technical specifications for turbine and BOP tenders
- •Evaluate technical proposals and support contract negotiations
- •Quality assure all technical documentation and specifications
- •Align turbine infrastructure requirements with BOP contracts
- •Manage interfaces between civil, electrical, and turbine scopes
- •Support technical due diligence processes
- •Engage with suppliers regarding technical advancements
- •Supervise third-party engineers and external design services
- •Lead and document project design reviews
