Tasks
- Establish and maintain integrated cost control
- Develop and manage baseline budgets
- Forecast and track cash flow projections
- Analyze progress and productivity
- Monitor earned value and cost deviations
- Identify and communicate project risks
- Create management-level dashboards
- Translate complex data into insights
- Ensure transparent and consistent reporting
- Act as project controls focal point
- Review contractor progress reports
- Review cost reports and change submissions
- Support change management
- Avoid claims through fact-based analysis
- Ensure compliance with project controls
- Adhere to site standards and audit requirements
- Support internal reviews and forecasts
- Prepare management reports during execution
