- Onboard new brand partners end-to-end
- Translate partner needs into technical and operational workflows
- Coordinate software integrations and 3PL setups
- Develop documentation and standard operating procedures
- Serve as primary contact for European brand partners
- Build trust and manage long-term strategic relationships
- Facilitate discussions on carrier rates, packaging, marketing, and program expansion
- Identify risks and opportunities for program scaling
- Execute financial tasks and reporting
- Ensure alignment with global financial standards
- Support business model transitions, such as principal to agent models
