- •Solid understanding of process architecture and methodologies
- •Proven experience in using BPM tools
- •Good understanding of collaboration in agile product development
- •Expertise in analysis and creativity techniques for process development
- •Effective problem-solving and facilitation skills
- •Ability to convince and adapt to stakeholders
- •Skilled networking abilities
- •Genuine desire for change and creative drive
- •Fluency in English, German is a plus

Tasks
- •Develop and maintain an overview of all product-related processes
- •Perform process discoveries and workshops to analyze user and business requirements
- •Provide process designs and overviews for customer projects
- •Conduct quality checks on process models and documentation
- •Foster understanding and collaboration across teams
- •Support product management and internal stakeholders in process development
- •Assist with process management tools and methods in an agile environment
- •Onboard and train internal stakeholders on the process management system
