Requirements

  • 4–6+ years as Product Owner or similar in B2B SaaS/technical product
  • Ability to work across discovery and delivery
  • Collaborating with engineering on complex technical products
  • Translating high-level ideas into actionable product increments
  • Creating user flows, wireframes, or early-stage product concepts
  • Strong written and verbal English communication
  • Degree in a numerate or technical discipline
  • Working on analytics platforms, tracking technologies, or data-heavy products
  • Experience with AI/ML solutions in SaaS product
  • Familiarity with privacy, compliance, or EU regulatory environments
  • Working in innovation-focused or exploratory product teams
  • Proficiency in AI-accelerated techniques in product development
  • Rapid ideation and exploration of product concepts
  • Drafting product briefs, user flows, and specifications
  • Analysing customer feedback or usage data
  • Increasing speed and quality of iteration and decision-making

Tasks

  • Shape and deliver privacy-first product capabilities
  • Drive product initiatives from exploration to delivery
  • Work with CTO and CPO to shape strategic direction
  • Build privacy-first, open-source products with impact
  • Translate strategic ideas into product opportunities
  • Lead discovery efforts using customer insights and data
  • Make informed decisions on product development
  • Drive delivery of early-stage experiments and MVPs
  • Develop complex features through sustained iteration
  • Break down complex ideas into clear deliverables
  • Create lean product briefs and user flows
  • Ensure successful initiatives are ready for handoff
  • Collaborate with Engineering Manager and engineers
  • Manage the team’s backlog and priorities
  • Define and scope work for development
  • Maintain backlog grooming and refinement
  • Maintain momentum in ambiguous problem spaces
