- 8-12+ years product management experience in fintech, payments, embedded finance, or e-commerce
- Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional Fintech products from concept to launch
- Experience with digital wallets, card issuing, payouts, or BaaS platforms
- Strong technical fluency and comfort working closely with engineering teams and APIs

- Strong project management and execution skills, including ability to plan work, manage timelines and dependencies, track action items, and proactively surface risks or blockers
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills; comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Strong proficiency with Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, and related tools) to manage backlogs, document requirements, maintain execution visibility, and support prioritization and planning workflows
- Data-informed mindset with ability to use metrics to guide decisions
- Collaborative, humble, and solutions-oriented approach to problem solving
- Comfortable giving and receiving feedback and reassessing assumptions as new information emerges
- Proactive, can-do mindset with bias toward action—someone who rolls up sleeves, tackles problems head-on, and looks for ways to move work forward rather than waiting for perfect conditions
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and change, maintaining momentum even as priorities evolve

Tasks
- Define and build the Xsolla Money Account
- Scale embedded financial services for gamers, creators, and developers
- Own critical parts of the Money Account roadmap
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Deliver intuitive, reliable, and scalable financial products
- Contribute to product strategy and roadmap alignment
- Identify opportunities to expand financial capabilities
- Balance user experience, technical feasibility, and regulatory constraints
- Translate strategy into clear PRDs with context and requirements
- Partner with UX/UI designers to craft intuitive user experiences
- Manage scope, priorities, and delivery with engineering teams
- Drive features from ideation to launch and post-launch iteration
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, compliance, legal, finance, marketing, and customer support
- Communicate goals, tradeoffs, and timelines clearly
- Support internal enablement for new features and user flows
- Work with external partners like wallet providers and issuing banks
- Participate in partner discussions to clarify requirements
- Contribute to vendor and platform evaluations
- Define and monitor key product metrics
- Identify friction points and improvement opportunities
- Refine products based on performance and customer needs
