- •Analytical mindset and experience with A/B testing
- •Experience with cross-functional teams in agile environments
- •Experience writing user stories and product backlogs
- •Experience with digital loyalty, account products, or security (plus)
- •Fluent business English skills
- •Passion for eCommerce and customer understanding
- •Ability to prioritize and say no

- •Ability to maintain team spirit under stress
- •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- •5-7 years of professional experience

- •Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog
- •Write user stories for prioritized product requirements
- •Interface between business, engineering, UX, and stakeholders
- •Implement loyalty mechanisms and value propositions
- •Embed security and data protection in product decisions
- •Define and track key product KPIs
- •Optimize the product using data and feedback
- •Lead an agile squad to ensure delivery quality
