Requirements

  • 3–5+ years Product Owner or Product Manager experience
  • Ability to design experiments and A/B tests
  • Strong backlog ownership and iterative delivery skills

  • Familiarity with checkout, payments, or technical performance
  • Clear communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Business‑fluent English and German knowledge

  • 5-7 years of professional experience

Tasks

  • Set strategy and vision for Booking Finalisation and Payment
  • Define a North-Star with the Head of Product
  • Translate strategy into measurable squad KPIs and roadmaps
  • Identify and diagnose funnel drop-offs per step
  • Validate hypotheses to raise conversion and payment success
  • Safeguard funnel reliability and accessibility
  • Frame hypotheses and define KPIs for experimentation
  • Run A/B tests and publish results
  • Establish roll-out and rollback criteria
  • Write crisp user stories and maintain a KPI-aligned backlog
  • Facilitate refinement and reviews
  • Accept increments based on quality and non-functional needs
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data to drive outcomes
  • Manage payments, vouchers, and accessibility risks
  • Collaborate on legal and compliance guardrails
  • Maintain an Opportunity–Solution Tree and Decision Log
  • Align stakeholders with clear why-what-how narratives
