Tasks
- Own critical product roadmap components
- Translate clinical and technical requirements into product direction
- Oversee execution across data, engineering, regulatory, commercial areas
- Build conviction around product development priorities
- Defend product development strategies rigorously
- Own product roadmaps for specific product lines
- Balance clinical impact, technical feasibility, and business value
- Engage with clinicians, physicians, and oncologists
- Understand clinical workflows and pain points
- Understand clinical decision-making processes
- Translate complex problems into product requirements
- Define clear product success criteria
- Develop clear product narratives
- Articulate product value and vision
- Navigate the regulatory landscape (FDA, CE marking)
- Understand regulatory impact on product decisions
- Understand regulatory impact on product timelines
- Drive cross-functional execution with stakeholders
- Ensure fast execution without sacrificing quality
- Contribute to go-to-market strategy
- Contribute to product positioning
- Contribute to customer enablement
- Define and track meaningful product metrics
- Use data to inform product iteration
- Use user feedback for prioritization decisions
