- •Write clear product specifications and user stories
- •Scope and prioritize features using MVP-first approaches
- •Define integration requirements with PowerCloud and vendors
- •Conduct user interviews and synthesize insights
- •Define and track product success metrics
- •Run A/B tests to optimize user experience
- •Coordinate stakeholders and manage cross-functional dependencies
