Requirements

• •5+ years product management experience in e-commerce, retail, or logistics
• •Understanding of fulfilment, warehouse, and OMS, WMS, or ERP systems
• •Experience evaluating and integrating SaaS solutions and external vendors
• •Experience with Agile methodologies and leading cross-functional teams
• •Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and AI tools
• •Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach
• •Extensive experience in project management and business analysis
• •Fluency in English and excellent communication skills
• •Ability to manage stakeholders across all levels

• •Drive supply chain and fulfillment efficiency across Europe
• •Translate operational strategy into scalable product solutions

• •Define and own the Supply Chain and Fulfillment roadmap
• •Collaborate with Sourcing, Logistics, Warehouse, and Operations teams
• •Drive measurable outcomes aligned with company OKRs
• •Lead the end-to-end internal product lifecycle
• •Prioritize, deliver, and roll out product improvements
• •Identify automation and optimization opportunities through product discovery
• •Leverage AI and emerging technologies for innovation
• •Partner with engineering, data, and design teams
• •Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of initiatives
• •Translate operational needs into functional specifications
• •Define KPIs for data-led optimization
• •Make strategic build vs. buy decisions
