Senior Product Manager in the field of Upstream Optimization(m/w/x)

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a technical or economic field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or similar in complex product development
• Proven experience with agile methodologies (SCRUM, Nexus)
• Background in hardware development
• Deep skills in requirement engineering and scope management
• Strong analytical, strategic, and coordination capabilities
• Ability to lead and collaborate with international, cross-functional teams
• Empathetic, recipient-oriented communication and confident stakeholder engagement
• Willingness for occasional travel to clients and/or conferences
• Ability/Willingness to develop understanding on topics beyond your professional domain
• Experience in the Oil and Gas industry; preferably with an operator
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a technical environment
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into client value propositions

Tasks

• Lead agile teams in sensor, hardware, and software development
• Define and prioritize product features and roadmap
• Manage the product backlog and maintain user stories, epics, and features
• Collaborate with SCRUM/Nexus teams to drive agile development cycles
• Gather feedback from stakeholders and translate needs into product requirements
• Ensure seamless integration of hardware, AI models, and software components
• Oversee product testing, validation, and client rollout
• Plan and communicate the product roadmap
