Tasks
- Own the onboarding experience for new visitors
- Drive website traffic conversion to customers
- Run high-velocity A/B testing
- Build hypotheses based on customer insights
- Design and execute clean experiments
- Act on test results quickly
- Lead personalization efforts in the shopping experience
- Improve search and filtering functionalities
- Enhance relevance ranking and segment-aware journeys
- Combine quantitative and qualitative data
- Conduct user interviews and usability tests
- Identify and prioritize areas for improvement
- Set the product vision and roadmap
- Define top-of-funnel experience goals
- Build strategies aligned with FINN's growth objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Align with marketing, brand, and pricing stakeholders
- Provide clear requirements to the Product team
