Requirements

• •4+ years of experience in product management within the energy retail, trading, or metering domain
• •Proven track record in building or scaling energy retail products or systems
• •Ability to translate regulatory, commercial, and technical requirements into scalable energy propositions
• •Deep understanding of energy market structures and regulatory frameworks
• •Awareness of emerging business models around flexibility and dynamic pricing
• •Familiarity with energy market systems and metering infrastructure
• •Experience in working with engineering and data teams for technical integrations
• •Excellent interpersonal skills to align diverse stakeholders
• •Strong relationship-building abilities with internal teams and market partners
• •Strong analytical mindset to evaluate product performance and market economics
• •Strategic thinker with a practical approach to problem-solving
• •Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
