- Support business unit strategies aligned with global objectives
- Evaluate sales performance to identify growth opportunities
- Balance operational planning with margin optimization
- Address critical customer challenges
- Shape communication strategies for business alignment
- Coach and support European Product Managers
- Coordinate regional product management activities
- Guide on customer and product-related matters
- Manage financial KPIs at regional and global levels
- Provide support to regional CCA product management team
- Align priorities and business continuity with Production, Technical, and Sales
- Resolve critical customer issues, including claims and supply challenges
- Identify organizational gaps and develop solutions
- Report on CCA Business Unit Development
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and annual strategic planning
- Align with Regional Commercial Directors and COO for strategy and market intelligence
- Develop and implement product line and market-focused strategies
- Coordinate with key global and strategic accounts owners
- Ensure advanced communication and defined processes for commercial activities
- Review and develop processes for regional and cross-regional alignment
- Manage the Product Life Cycle Process
- Ensure alignment between technical and sales for growth strategies
- Review new product development activities for commercial validity
- Coordinate market introduction of new products
- Oversee financial KPIs including margin development and inventory management
