- Understand and document user motivations and goals
- Define and prioritize user problems and needs
- Maintain a robust feature roadmap
- Craft feature requirements, considering impact, goals, and feasibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Define product specifications
- Launch features against realistic benchmarks and goals
- Coordinate new feature roll-out to existing customers
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and PR/Comms teams
- Measure and analyze product change insights
- Track agreed-upon metrics
- Identify opportunities from data, research, and experiments
- Monitor competitive landscape
- Monitor travel and e-commerce trends, especially in Flights
- Track latest capabilities across multiple platforms
