  • Strong understanding of global retail, e-commerce, omnichannel execution
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • High digital fluency with Office 365 and product/data/GTM tools

  • Lead seasonal portfolio strategy for clear consumer benefits
  • Drive assortment planning and margin-aware growth
  • Translate consumer and athlete insights into design briefs
  • Champion performance-first mindset in product development
  • Refine franchise direction using product feedback and data
  • Lead end-to-end product creation for performance leggings
  • Align Product, Design, Development, and GTM on priorities
  • Ensure consistent fit and feel across seasons
  • Partner with GTM, Brand Marketing, and Sales for launch readiness
  • Maintain product master data quality and governance
  • Track and interpret KPIs for strategic decisions
  • Provide insight-led recommendations for seasonal reviews
  • Lead and develop a team of product marketing experts
  • Foster a COE mindset of clarity and collaboration
  • Influence senior stakeholders for unified vision
