Requirements

• •5-8+ years of Product Management experience
• •Hands-on experience shipping AI-driven products
• •Ability to present to Board and C-Level
• •Understanding of ROI in AI
• •Ability to manage messy data
• •Mentorship and thought leadership skills

Tasks

• •Monitor the landscape of Generative AI, LLMs, and Machine Learning
• •Run rapid Proof of Concepts to test viability
• •Analyze whether to train models, fine-tune existing ones, or integrate third-party APIs
• •Drive the development of AI agents for mapping complex fashion taxonomies
• •Build features for generating SEO-optimized product descriptions
• •Enable instant translation of content into multiple languages
• •Conceptualize self-healing data pipelines to correct listing errors
• •Collaborate with Data Scientists and Backend Engineers to translate business requirements
• •Package AI features and define pricing strategies with the Growth Organization and Marketing
• •Implement Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback workflows
• •Monitor the cost-effectiveness of running AI models
