- Maintain the product backlog
- Record user requirements and assist with Change Request creation
- Coordinate business requirements and define functional specifications
- Support solution and system design
- Assist in creating test cases and align with key users
- Participate in ERP system development and release management
- Plan and conduct system and acceptance tests
- Implement requirements from Service Level Agreements
- Support ERP system implementation and service delivery
- Review performance indicators and initiate improvements
- Collaborate with business units and external partners on IT solutions
- Customize the ERP system for specific country needs and customer care
- Conduct root cause analysis for bugs and optimize the application
- Contribute to product strategy and project backlog planning
- Monitor and design the ERP solution across functions
- Maintain an overview of the ERP landscape and its interfaces
- Support and supervise business users in ERP system usage
