Requirements

  • •Vocational training or studies in IT, economics, or equivalent field
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant business processes
  • •At least 4 years of professional experience supporting ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FO)
  • •Excellent skills in needs identification, software/system design, service delivery, problem management, and technology monitoring
  • •Proactive, hands-on mentality with a passion for driving initiatives forward
  • •Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • •Team player
  • •Effective communication with diverse stakeholders
  • •Structured and calm under complex situations
  • •Advanced proficiency in German and English (written and spoken)

Tasks

  • •Support the product manager in analyzing customer requirements
  • •Design, plan, implement, and optimize ERP solution components
  • •Coordinate and supervise ERP system design and development activities
  • •Define, prioritize, and validate customer requirements
  • •Maintain the product backlog
  • •Record user requirements and assist with Change Request creation
  • •Coordinate business requirements and define functional specifications
  • •Support solution and system design
  • •Assist in creating test cases and align with key users
  • •Participate in ERP system development and release management
  • •Plan and conduct system and acceptance tests
  • •Implement requirements from Service Level Agreements
  • •Support ERP system implementation and service delivery
  • •Review performance indicators and initiate improvements
  • •Collaborate with business units and external partners on IT solutions
  • •Customize the ERP system for specific country needs and customer care
  • •Conduct root cause analysis for bugs and optimize the application
  • •Contribute to product strategy and project backlog planning
  • •Monitor and design the ERP solution across functions
  • •Maintain an overview of the ERP landscape and its interfaces
  • •Support and supervise business users in ERP system usage
