Senior Product Designer(m/w/x)

Description

As a Senior Product Designer, you will shape the user experience from start to finish, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy and innovation while actively participating in the design community.

Requirements

• •Minimum 5 years of in-house experience as a Senior Designer in a software development environment for e-commerce/marketplaces or similar
• •Strong UX design skills showcased in portfolio
• •Experience in mentoring less seasoned designers
• •Strong communication and facilitation skills, written and verbal
• •Critical eye for high-craft design
• •Desire to challenge the status quo and aim for UI excellence
• •Experience using data to identify problems and communicate solutions
• •Experience working directly with Visual and Product Designers, UX Researchers, and Writers
• •Experience developing product goals and identifying opportunities
• •Making decisions based on impact to people and the company

Tasks

• •Lead user experience from conception to launch
