- Balance platform standards with brand expression
- Prioritize product impact and pragmatic design decisions
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate production
- Focus energy on bold ideas and high-impact execution
- Brainstorm with the Design team
- Work on product concepts with Growth, Community, Brand, and Machine Learning teams
- Ensure coherence across platforms

- Bachelor's degreeOR
- Master's degree
