- •At least 4 years of B2C product design experience
- •Track record of designing complex transactional flows
- •Involvement in user research and prototyping projects
- •Experience conducting surveys and usability tests
- •Ownership of large-scale Figma design systems
- •Architecture and maintenance of scalable libraries
- •Strong communication and collaboration skills
- •Ability to partner with Product and Engineering
- •Deep expertise in accessibility standards (WCAG)
- •Expertise in responsive design best practices
- •Professional level German, Dutch, or English
- •Compelling portfolio demonstrating end-to-end thinking
Tasks
- •Translate complex requirements into intuitive user flows
- •Create wireframes and pixel-perfect Figma mockups
- •Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests
- •Drive user research and discovery initiatives
- •Manage design systems and UI standards
- •Ensure accessibility and consistency across all platforms
- •Perform rigorous design QA and post-release reviews
- •Analyze usage patterns to identify UX opportunities
- •Partner with engineering for seamless implementation
- •Use AI tools for rapid prototyping and ideation
