Senior Product Designer(m/w/x)

Requirements

• Degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Product Design, or equivalent practical experience
• Several years of product design experience in complex B2B SaaS
• Hands-on experience with 0-to-1 product development
• Active use of AI tools and multi-agent setups
• Excellence in discovery leadership and research synthesis
• Experience managing external UX research agencies and partners
• Ability to design for scalability and product architecture
• Experience designing for AI-powered products and human-AI interaction
• Effective communication and facilitation across stakeholders
• Fluency in English with German as a plus

• Co-lead product discovery with Product Owners
• Turn complex hypotheses into user-centered solutions
• Direct AI agents within design processes
• Plan and synthesize user research
• Conduct usability tests with external partners
• Translate insights into evidence-based recommendations
• Design interaction models for AI workflows
• Ensure transparency of AI agent behavior
• Facilitate design reviews and workshops
• Lead discovery sprints to align stakeholders
