Tasks
- Design horizontal frameworks and shared capabilities
- Ensure cross-cutting concerns are solved once
- Create scalable, self-servable, and customizable platforms
- Understand data, permissions, and service flows
- Partner with Platform PM and tech leads on strategy
- Develop proof-of-concept designs in Cursor or Claude
- Refine designs to enterprise-ready standards
- Advocate for high-quality design and craft
- Drive cross-squad alignment and stakeholder buy-in
- Balance perfection with timely delivery
