(Senior) Product Designer(m/w/x)

Description

As a Product Designer, you will take charge of the entire design process, from user research to creating high-fidelity interfaces. Your work will empower users to navigate complex data and workflows, making a real impact in the transition to regenerative agriculture.

Requirements

• •4+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design
• •Proven ability to work across discovery and delivery
• •Strong experience with user research
• •Fluency in English and German
• •Advanced proficiency in Figma
• •Experience designing complex or data-heavy interfaces
• •Experience with B2B2C products
• •Experience using AI-assisted design tools
• •Availability to co-create in Berlin office
• •Experience building 0→1 products
• •Experience designing or scaling a platform product
• •Interest in farming, AgTech, Climate Tech, or sustainability
• •Strong skills in data storytelling and insight visualisation

Tasks

• •Own the end-to-end user experience and design process
• •Plan and conduct user research and usability testing in German
• •Synthesize insights into clear product decisions
• •Collaborate with product and engineering teams on design solutions
• •Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces
• •Create and maintain information architecture and scalable UI patterns
• •Develop design systems for consistent user experiences
• •Design data-heavy workflows to help users understand complex information
