Requirements

• •5+ years experience in product teams
• •SaaS, B2B, or DevTools experience
• •Strong product thinking and user journeys
• •Experience with technically complex products
• •Ability to balance usability and innovation
• •Willingness to learn AI domain processes
• •Openness to collaboration and team feedback
• •Interest in UX research
• •Experience with AI, ML, or DevTools
• •Understanding of API-first products
• •Experience designing enterprise-grade interfaces
• •Interest in product architecture

Tasks

• •Design scalable interfaces for end-to-end AI workflows
• •Manage model selection and comparison interfaces
• •Oversee deployment and inference design processes
• •Develop tools for inference observability and analysis
• •Design systems for fine-tuning and dataset management
• •Configure batch inference and agent workflows
• •Own feature design from discovery to delivery
• •Write high-quality and precise interface copy
• •Translate complex technical processes into manageable UIs
• •Collaborate with product managers to validate hypotheses
• •Use modern AI tools for research and prototyping
• •Partner with engineering and ML teams on solutions
• •Present design rationale to cross-functional teams
• •Maintain and develop the core design system
