Senior Product Designer, B2B(m/w/x)

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in end-to-end product design
• Significant experience in constructing design languages and systems
• Problem-solving mindset focused on outcomes
• Proven track record in leading medium design projects
• Understanding of visual design, including branding and UI components
• Ability to prototype through simple click-thru mock-ups
• Ability to present design concepts and articulate rationale
• Proactive and comfortable working autonomously
• Experience working within cross-disciplinary product teams
• Understanding of how UX impacts business objectives and KPIs

Tasks

• Design user-friendly experiences for suppliers
• Create and iterate on high-quality deliverables for Supplier products
• Explore complex design challenges using various methodologies
• Utilize qualitative and quantitative insights for design decisions
• Collaborate with UX researchers on strategic research initiatives
• Support systems thinking and align with the design language
• Work with Content Design to refine and structure designs
• Advocate for user needs and maintain a user-centered perspective
• Mentor fellow designers and provide constructive feedback
• Document and discuss emerging design patterns
• Facilitate alignment and shared understanding with stakeholders
• Partner with the Product Manager to develop product strategy
• Foster collaboration among design, engineering, and product teams
• Establish design principles focused on inclusivity and usability
• Contribute to the evolution of the Supply Group design language
• Support the creation of design systems and frameworks
