In this role, you will blend technical expertise with analytical insights to drive improvements across HelloTech. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with various teams, analyzing data for growth opportunities, and mentoring fellow analysts to enhance overall effectiveness.

Requirements

• •Extensive experience in quantitative analysis roles for at least 4 years
• •Knowledge of Curser and AI Analytics
• •Expert level SQL and Python skills for analysis and data manipulation
• •Expert level knowledge of data visualisation tools like Tableau
• •Extensive experience working with product stakeholders on A|B experiments
• •Excellent communication skills for articulating analytical problems
• •Extensive leadership of complex projects and team capability building
• •Change mindset and adaptability
• •Outcome orientation and ability to create actionable insights

Tasks

• •Leverage Cursor AI to enhance analytical capabilities
• •Collaborate with data product managers and engineers to create reusable data products
• •Gather requirements and define project objectives with cross-functional teams
• •Plan and execute data-driven projects using project management skills
• •Set strategic priorities with the Senior Product organization
• •Promote evidence-based decision making across teams
• •Communicate actionable insights clearly to drive business growth
• •Analyze customer behavior and product performance data for growth opportunities
• •Guide and mentor Product Analysts, defining best practices
• •Review implementations across teams to improve deliverables
