- Experience in complex, multi-discipline projects

Tasks
- Own end-to-end production across all teams
- Run Scrum processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and release planning
- Drive daily delivery by unblocking teams, identifying risks, and ensuring commitments
- Translate creative and technical vision into realistic production plans and milestones
- Maintain a clean and organized Jira workspace with accurate estimates and transparent priorities
- Work closely with engineering and gameplay leads to balance scope, quality, and timelines
- Coordinate dependencies between disciplines to keep cross-functional work flowing
- Identify and remove process friction, establishing lightweight structure
- Report progress, risks, and forecasts to the CEO and leadership team
