Requirements
- •Educational degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- •2 - 4+ years procurement or sourcing experience
- •Experience preparing cost comparisons, TCO models, and vendor scorecards
- •Experience producing RFP documents, executive summaries, and procurement reports
- •Experience leading complex RFPs for technology and service vendors
- •Strong negotiating skills and commercial acumen
- •Fluent English proficiency and German language skills at B2/C1 level
- •Proactive and hands-on approach to addressing challenges
- •Strong negotiation skills and ability to secure favorable terms
- •Ability to understand perspectives of team members and suppliers

Tasks
- •Support end-to-end RFP processes
- •Define scope and prepare RFPs/RFIs/RFQs
- •Manage bidder communication and evaluate proposals
- •Coordinate demos and scoring, present recommendations
- •Execute sourcing strategies for fintech and banking categories
- •Collaborate with product, engineering, security, legal, compliance, vendor management, and finance teams
- •Capture requirements and assess technical/regulatory constraints
- •Conduct supplier due diligence and capability assessments
- •Perform financial stability checks and compliance reviews
- •Negotiate commercial terms, pricing models, and SLAs
- •Escalate complex legal or risk items to Vendor management/compliance team
- •Manage the full purchase-to-pay (P2P) cycle
- •Ensure Purchase Order (PO) requests are compliant and accurately costed
- •Approve POs in a timely manner and reconcile against invoices
- •Oversee the contract management process and negotiate terms
- •Execute contracts and maintain a systematic contract archiving repository
- •Create evaluation criteria, scoring matrices, and comparative analyses
- •Maintain and improve procurement templates and standardize vendor onboarding
- •Track and report procurement KPIs, including cost savings and cycle times
- •Support vendor relationship management and performance reviews
- •Identify opportunities for consolidation, optimization, or innovation
- •Ensure procurement activities align with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
