Requirements

• •Degree in Business Management, Procurement, Supply Chain, or relevant work experience
• •8-10 years' experience in strategic procurement or sourcing
• •Structured approach, curiosity, and willingness to develop
• •Fast learner with ability to adapt quickly
• •Track record managing procurement projects and spend categories
• •Comfortable in dynamic environments and meeting tight deadlines
• •Service provider and sparring partner mindset
• •Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• •High ethical standards, transparency, and integrity
• •Fluent verbal and written English
• •Proficiency in Microsoft office tools
• •SAP experience is a strong plus
• •Offshore wind industry experience strongly preferred

Tasks

• •Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies
• •Assess internal requirements to prepare tender documents
• •Identify and select appropriate suppliers
• •Lead tenders and conduct contract negotiations
• •Coordinate with legal, tax, and insurance experts
• •Manage contract finalization and internal approval processes
• •Monitor contracts and provide ongoing contract management
• •Resolve internal and external contract queries
• •Generate required procurement and performance reports
• •Support the rollout of global procurement activities
• •Integrate safety and sustainability into procurement processes
• •Conduct market research and spend analysis
• •Identify cost savings and risk mitigation opportunities
• •Build collaborative relationships with key vendors
• •Establish KPIs to evaluate supplier performance
• •Ensure compliance with legal and corporate governance
• •Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
