- Independent, structured, solution-oriented working style with high ownership
- Strong communication and facilitation skills with high assertiveness
- Excellent written and spoken English skills, ideally very strong German language skills
Tasks
- Shape GBS development and scalable processes
- Develop GBS process landscape with clear ownership
- Enhance governance structures and standards
- Lead international transformation and improvement projects
- Drive digital transformation and process automation
- Initiate and manage Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives
- Harmonize and standardize services and processes
- Advance GBS maturity and support certifications
- Advise senior leaders on strategic initiatives
