Tasks
- Optimize production processes and flows
- Identify and promote optimization opportunities
- Execute process efficiency improvements
- Deliver plant layouts and utility requirements
- Commission new or modified process lines
- Implement best process and equipment practices
- Collaborate with capital project and maintenance teams
- Maintain global process design standards
- Troubleshoot complex process technology issues
- Translate operational needs into project scopes
- Perform mass and energy balances
- Select fit-for-purpose process equipment
- Develop PFDs, P&IDs, and equipment specifications
- Define process control and automation needs
- Execute FAT, SAT, and qualification activities
- Support Process Safety Management workflows
