Requirements

- Excellent German and English language skills, written and spoken

- Six Sigma Green Belt certification within first year
Tasks
- Optimize and improve existing and future processes
- Develop automated production processes
- Hand over error-free processes to manufacturing
- Optimize production processes with root cause analysis
- Track and evaluate products statistically
- Troubleshoot production issues as needed
- Implement new manufacturing technologies
- Apply Quality by Design (QbD) before new product introduction
- Execute optimization projects based on customer needs
- Coordinate and execute validation projects
- Implement customer and development projects
