Requirements

  • •Master or Ph.D degree in power electronics, electrical engineering or related majors
  • •Solid experience in designing compact and efficient DC-DC converters
  • •Familiarity with isolated and non-isolated DC-DC converter power topologies
  • •Familiarity with high switching-speed semiconductor devices (Si and GaN)
  • •Fluent level of communication in English
  • •Experience in requirements definition and design of DC-DC converters for computing applications (plus)

  • •Develop simulation models to estimate power module losses
  • •Propose new concepts and patents for DC-DC converters
  • •Design advanced control and modulation schemes

  • •Perform feasibility analyses on cutting-edge converter concepts
  • •Build cooperation with European industrial institutions and universities
  • •Represent the research center at conferences and workshops
